How We Build

Standard Units

Each one of our units are built with steel square tubing, 100% welded at every seam and joint. No nuts or screws are used on the frame to eliminate the possibility of a loose frame. To prevent rusting every frame receives a full two coat paint job using premium Rust-o-leum paints. We use 15+ year galvanized metal roof sheet for the covered areas of the units which is bolted on to the frame with stainless steel screws. Every screw has a rubber washer to protect against leaks and corrosion. Sheet metal edges are covered with a special aluminum grip rubberized trim to protect animals from sharp edges. If the unit includes wire panel, we use galvanized welded wire in the appropriate size and gauge of the animal the unit will be housing. Our most common wire panel is a 2x4" 8 gauge, a 4x4 8 gauge or a 2x2 10 gauge.
